About We Rock the Spectrum Naperville
Brad and Maureen Hatfield reside in the Plainfield/Naperville area with their two children, Fiona(7) and Victor(5). Brad is a Director of Analytics, and Maureen is an Administrator of Special Education for a charter school network. Maureen is a Doctoral candidate at Northern Illinois University in Educational Policy, and Brad holds an MBA from Lake Forest University. They are passionate about inclusive play spaces and playgrounds, and Maureen serves on the board of “A Voice for All Foundation”, a non- profit focused on creating inclusive playgrounds through communication boards.
Inspired by their children, the Hatfields have decided to join We Rock the Spectrum franchise and open a location in Naperville. Together, Maureen and Brad are cultivating a community that celebrates diversity. Maureen and Brad believe that every child deserves a place to play and be free regardless of their unique traits.
